September Classes

Hello All.
In September we will be welcoming Theo Spewock as our new WMI. Theo will be teaching the Decorating Basics course on Wednesdays from 6-8pm starting on the 8th. Class size is limited to 8 students, so sign up early. I will be taking September off, as I am moving. Check back later to see the October schedule.

Garland Marker

New Classes

I am sure the you have heard that Wilton has revamped its courses. I am happy to announce that our Michael's will be offering the new courses starting this month.

Class Schedule

There will be no class tonight for Course 3. The make up class will be tomorrow on Tuesday at 6pm. Better safe than sorry.

Snow Day

Too much snow!!! There will be no Course 2 Class 1 tonight. Class will meet next Wednesday.

Here is a birthday cake from Jackie K--The icing is buttercream Topped with coconut (for an added snow effect.) The snowpeople, water, ducks, presents and deer are all made out of fondant, and painted with food coloring. The trees are buttercream piped ontop of chocolate cupcakes.

Apple Basket Cake

Please note that Course 2 is being offered twice due to the large student turnout :)
AND also we will not be teaching the week of Thanks Giving, except Course 2 group 1, so make sure and check the posted classroom schedule and below.

No Fondant and Gum Paste this month.

Another note---
course 2 group 2 will meet on the following dates: 4, 6, 13, 20
course 2 group 1 will meet on the following dates: 9, 16, 23, 30
course 3 will meet on the following dates: 5,12,17,19

November Schedule

I just wanted to post that the November schedule will be posted in the classroom tonight and I will post it here on Wednesday night. We will not be having classes the week of Thanksgiving, so a few classes will be moved to other nights. More info to follow.
