Cake Boss

I have recently started watching TLC's new show Cake Boss. I really like this guys cakes. They are pretty and look like they taste great. It is different than Ace of Cakes, more practical? I don't know. There are also lots of tips on different techniques such as using a clothing steamer to "steam" a fondant cake. The result is a shiny cake.
